Seacra was founded in 2021. We noticed that there was a gap in the market for a one-stop skin solution. For years, marketing teams have focused on bespoke skincare regimes which are confusing, costly and ineffective.
Red algae is not a new ingredient in skincare but our extraction technology is. By cold pressing the red algae we’re able to preserve the highest concentration of vitamins and minerals resulting in a potent formula for your skin that is entirely natural.
Our team of scientists and doctors rigorously tested our ingredients to get the perfect combination for healthy skin. We clinically tested our formula on hundreds of women and the results were unparalleled. Red algae is your skin’s superfood. The bioactive compound, Astaxanthin, contains the core ingredients of most of your skincare products. Astaxanthin is 6,000 times more potent than vitamin C and 100 times more potent than Vitamin E in combating reactive oxidative stress. Red Algae is rich in Vitamin A and serves as a natural alternative to Retinol. Red Algae holds the benefits of retinol without side effects such as redness, dryness, skin irritations and purging.
Red Algae is also a super hydrator, and we all know great skin starts with hydration. Red algae has a greater hydrating and moisturising effect than Hyaluronic Acid and better anti-inflammatory activity compared to most common anti-inflammatory drugs.
