We ship internationally. All UK and Northern Ireland orders are free of charge. 

For international orders, shipping costs go from £9.99 to £19.99 depending on country zone. For bulk or oversized international orders (over 2kg) surcharges will apply. 

Please note that any additional VAT or customs fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments. While we do provide tracking numbers on all shipments, not every country we ship to tracks shipments all the way to the destination. While most our shipments arrive without issue, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If you haven’t received your order, please check the delivery status directly with the courier company using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. If you still have no visibility on delivery status, please email contact@seacra.com with details including your order number and we will work to resolve the issue.

We will not charge you for UK VAT. Duties are only payable above €150. You will pay local VAT in Ireland and a small admin charge (usually a few euros).

The Recovery & Repair Gel can replace most of your skincare cabinet. It acts as a moisturiser and your natural form of actives (that’s things like Retinol, Azelaic Acid, Vitamin C serum etc) in one.

Astaxanthin (the bioactive compound in red algae) is 6,000 times more potent than Vitamin C and 550 times more potent than Vitamin E in combatting reactive oxidative stress. It is also rich in vitamin A making it a natural alternative to retinol, a super hydrator with a greater moisturising effect when compared to Hyaluronic Acid and increased anti-inflammatory activity when compared to most anti-inflammatory drugs.

The Red Algae Cleansing Soap is a hard cleanser with flakes of Red Algae which act as a gentle, daily exfoliator. It replaces any liquid or cream cleansers you currently use as well as physical exfoliators.

The Red Algae Cleansing Soap Bar is rich in nutrients and moisturisers s it helps to amplify hydration at every stage of your skincare routine without making the skin feel oily or greasy.

You should use the Seacra products every day. You can use the Red Algae Cleansing Soap once a day, the Recovery & Repair Gel twice a day and our Glow Shot, once a day.

We tested our Recovery & Repair Gel on participants over the course of 28 days.

There was a 17.46% measure increase in hydration levels and a 21% measured reduction in redness. We also tested our product against a known medicated product for redness produced by a large pharmaceutical firm, and the Recovery & Repair Gel was found to have TEN TIMES more of the active ingredient.

Yes, all our products are suitable for sensitive skin. We don’t use toxic chemicals in any of our products. Red Algae is nature’s strongest antioxidant and has natural skin soothing and moisturising properties making our products particularly effective for people with sensitive skin.

Our Glow Shot is the first collagen shot of its kind to include Red Algae. Collagen alone lacks the essential amino acids needed to build up proteins such as tryptophan. Red Algae contains tryptophan and other essential amino acids that the body cannot produce, making it the perfect partner for Collagen.

We also use clinically proven Peptan® marine collagen, Ceramosides™ patented complex, Hyaluronic Acid, Borage Oil and Vitamins B6 & C.

Our Recovery & Repair Gel and our Red Algae soap are vegan. Our Collagen shots use high-quality marine collagen and as this is derived from fish it is not vegan.

Red Algae is a natural product. The exact species of Red Algae in our Recovery & Repair Gel has been clinically tested against a range of skin conditions and no adverse reactions were reported. Our Glow Shots have been approved by the Food Standards Agency.
