Delivery

We ship internationally.

UK Mainland

Delivery to the majority of UK Mainland is free of charge.

For UK Mainland delivery we will endeavour to deliver your order within 2-3 normal working days, however this can be longer during busy periods such as Christmas and Sales.

Our Team will of course always do their best to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.

Your order will be delivered via courier and will require a signature.

International Shipping

All international orders over £200 are free of charge. Bulk or oversized orders may incur an additional delivery charge.

Please note that any additional VAT or customs fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Should the recipient refuse to pay these charges, the purchases will be liable to pay the returns costs. We cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments. While we do provide tracking numbers on all shipments, not every country we ship to tracks shipments all the way to the destination. While most our shipments arrive without issue, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Austria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Italy, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, New Caledonia, Macao, Malaysia, Malta, The Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the U.A.E. and Uzbekistan.

Please contact our Customer Service Team if we do not currently ship to your country on  

contact@seacra.com and they will be able to advise.

All deliveries will be made via courier where a signature will be required.

Please ensure that there will be someone available at the delivery address to sign.

In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier should leave a notification card and re-attempt the following working day.

The courier will only attempt delivery twice before returning your order to us, in this event Seacra reserve the right to charge you again for any return and re-send costs that we incur.

Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver at weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please note that Seacra cannot be held responsible for late/failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control, i.e. in the cases of adverse weather conditions.
