Please be aware that returns can only be accepted for products that have over 75% of the gel remaining in the bottle and accompanied by a proof of postage.

All postage costs associated with returning the product must be covered by the customer.

For orders shipped outside the UK:
Any customs charges or local VAT charges cannot be refunded in the case of a return.
